Our Commitment

1. Veterinary Health Check:

   • Every puppy undergoes a thorough veterinary examination before leaving our care. This examination includes a comprehensive physical checkup to ensure that your puppy is in optimal health.

2. Vaccinations and Deworming:

   • All puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming treatments appropriate for their age. You will receive a detailed health record outlining all vaccinations and treatments administered.

3. Genetic Health Guarantee:

   • We provide a one-year genetic health guarantee against any serious genetic defects. If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic condition within the first year, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or provide a partial refund, subject to terms and conditions.

4. Congenital Health Guarantee:

   • Our puppies are guaranteed to be free from life-threatening congenital conditions for the first six months. Should a certified veterinarian diagnose such a condition within this period, we will offer a replacement puppy or a partial refund, as agreed upon.

Your Responsibilities

1. Initial Veterinary Visit:

   • You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for an initial health check. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.

2. Ongoing Veterinary Care:

   • To maintain the health guarantee, you must provide regular veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, and routine checkups. Detailed records of these visits should be kept.

3. Proper Nutrition and Care:

   • Your puppy must be provided with high-quality food, clean water, proper housing, and adequate exercise. Any neglect or mistreatment will void the health guarantee.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Minor conditions or illnesses that are easily treatable and do not pose a long-term health risk.
• Issues resulting from accidents, injuries, or neglect.
• Any conditions that develop after the initial veterinary checkup within the 72-hour window that are not congenital or genetic.

Making a Claim

1. Diagnosis:

   • If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition, notify us immediately. Provide a detailed report from your veterinarian, including diagnostic results and any other relevant information.

2. Second Opinion:

   • We may require a second opinion from another licensed veterinarian of our choosing to confirm the diagnosis.

3. Resolution:

   • Upon confirmation of a covered condition, we will discuss the options with you, including the possibility of a replacement puppy or partial refund.
